"He got me in great shape and somehow made every workout fun. Yes, fun! It’s intense like no other I’ve ever done, but all the variations with the martial arts and boxing keep it interesting--you don’t want to stop1 Dominick’s training techniques are by far the best workout I’ve ever had.”

Fighters train for a lean, sculpted body and a focused mind. They use circuit training that incorporates kickboxing, focus pad work, even “old school” floor exercises, and little rest between sets. The variety keeps it fast and fun!

“This is the basis of how I train my students,” says Dominick. “It doesn’t matter whether you’re a highly developed athlete, or someone dealing with physical challenges. I can design a ‘fighter training’ regimen unique to the individual, regardless of age or ability level.”

FOCUS: It is imperative that you “put yourself on the list” when starting a fitness regimen. You need to see yourself as important enough to nurture your body.

INSPIRE: Find that one thing that serves as your inspiration for your training program. Maybe it’s overcoming diabetes, or a desire to be a better role model to your children, or maybe, as a woman, you just want to fit into a dress you love! Whatever the source of inspiration, focus on that. Then use it to inspire others as you travel through your fitness journey.

GLORIFY: It is true--our bodies are our temples. No matter what your faith, you will become more open to reverence when your body is healthy and your mind is clear.

HONOR HEALTH: Throw away the scale. Ignore the cover models. Focus on what you are doing for your health. Have realistic goals. We are all made differently, and a fitness program is not just for a woman trying to get into a size 2. Fad diets are unhealthy. Realistic life changes that you can stick with over the long haul are key.

TRIUMPH: Set yourself up for success. A life change does take time, but it’s worth it, and it’s lasting. With these plans, you will see and feel a difference.
